This modern café & bar reservation system began with identifying key user problems: unclear booking steps, scattered information, and an inconsistent mobile experience. I started with quick user and industry research to understand how customers search for venues, check availability, and make reservations.
From these insights, I shaped a design concept focused on clarity, speed, and responsiveness. I crafted a responsive landing page and booking interface that delivers smooth transitions across both desktop and mobile, ensuring users can complete reservations without friction.
Using Figma, I developed high-fidelity prototypes and conducted user testing sessions to validate the booking funnel. Each flow was iterated based on analytics and direct feedback—optimizing CTA placement, simplifying form fields, and improving visual hierarchy for better comprehension.
The final result is a more efficient, intuitive, and modern reservation experience tailored for today’s café and bar audiences.
